I had the honor of coordinating Shayna Katzman and Phil Simoneaux's wedding this past weekend, May 9, 2009. The wedding was themed after "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking Glass" by Lewis Carroll. Being an "Alice in Wonderland" fan myself - this was a treat for me!

The ceremony decor was a garden of topiaries, daisies, roses and tall candelabras. Astroturf and daisies served as the aisle. The groom and groomsmen wore top hats and white gloves. The bridesmaids wore green and white teacup inspired dresses. Guests were served sweet-tea vodka cocktails while the bridal party posed for pictures, using a croquet set and pink flamingos!

Enter the reception and you see a topsy-turvy wedding cake topped with little birdies, tall teacup topiaries, cheshire cats, wacky clocks and black, hanging chandlier centerpeices. It was truly magical and exactly what the bride and groom wanted. Decor kudos go to Beryle Jafffe and Doris Frank of RSVP events! Great job ladies!!
